1. Latin Dance/Standard Dance/Freestyle Dance courses for children 4 to 11 years old
All Latin Dance, Standard Dance and Freestyle Dance course curriculum are designed according to the syllabi as set by The International Dance Teachers’ Association (IDTA), UK and each of them serves six purposes:
Exercise + Rhythm + IDTA Graded Examination* + IDTA Awards/Medals* + Performance* + Competition*

2. Dancing with Your Child Course (an 18 years old adult and a child)
The course curriculum is designed according to the syllabi as set by The International Dance Teachers’ Association (IDTA), UK. The course contents include Latin Dance and Freestyle Dance. This course can prepare a child to take the Latin Dance and Freestyle dance courses independently when they turn 4 years old. This course therefore also helps with closer bonding between the adult and the child.

3. Youth Latin/Standard Dance Course
This course is suitable for Youth who are interested in Latin Dance/Standard Dance. The contents will include techniques in Latin Dance (Cha Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble and Jive) / Standard Dance ( Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Slow Foxtrot, and Quickstep). Those who have good performance will be selected to represent the Studio to compete(optional).
4. Adult Latin Dance Course or Standard Dance Course
This course includes either Latin Dance or Standard Dance of DanceSport: Latin Dance (Cha Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble, and Jive) and Standard Dance (Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Slow Foxtrot, and Quickstep). One dance type will be taught every 4 weeks. This could be a leisure exercise after work or study to improve participants’ physical, emotional and social wellness. Through practice, the routines learnt during the course could be danced at the party in future.
5. Adult Dance For Wellness Course
This course includes BOTH Latin Dance and Standard Dance of DanceSport: Latin Dance (Cha Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble, and Jive) and Standard Dance (Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Slow Foxtrot, and Quickstep). One dance type will be taught every 4 weeks. To add more fun to the course, Kpop and Freestyle dances will also be included. The ultimate aim of the course is to enhance physical, emotional and social wellness of the participants.
6. Competition/Performance of Latin Dance/Standard Dance for Children and Youths (6 to 18 years old)
This course is suitable for children/youths between 6 and 18 years old who are interested in competition/performance in either Latin dance or Standard dance. In addition to DanceSport, Kpop will be also included to make the course fun. The course aims to improve participants’ physical health, raise their confidence and ability to interact with others. All these help to enhance their physical, emotional and social wellness.
7. Wedding / Company Performance Training
Adding a dance performance to your wedding will surely impress and brings unforgettable memories. Not only can the newlywed couple do it – involve the bridesmaids, groomsmen and any members of the families and guests!
